Michael Jackson Collection

Since MJ has passed, I have been reliving some my old favorite songs of his; Man in the Mirror, Rock with You, Who Is It, etc.

As a child, I idolized MJ. I remember being in my mother's studio after she bought a microphone, and I spun and let the stand fly out of my hand.... you know... like Michael.

I choose to remember him as the way he was when I was a child. One of the last songs I heard of his was "Heal the World". I believe that was when Neverland was news worthy, and I so wanted to be there, with his monkey.

I am glad he has moved on to a different place, beyond people trying to sue him for various reasons, while living with all the painful childhood stuff we heard about in the news and the Jackson 5 movie on PBS in the late 80's.

Yeah, now he is gone back to the abyss where he can be happy again.

You made that change, and you were the Man in the Mirror.
